You don't have to be a registered Paypal user to place an order and pay with the accepted credit card.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and e-checks through PayPal. You can also pay via money-orders, personal checks, or cashier's checks.  Please note when personal checks are received, mechandise will be held until check clears (usually 7 to 10 days) and then sent .
 
90 DAY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY - Everything on this website has a 90 Day  Limited Warranty on defects from the date of your invoice.
 
Exchanges are accepted for items within 14 days of dated invoice.
 
Returns are accepted for merchandise within 30 days of dated invoice for a refund excluding return shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Shipping and Handling

Kids Play Music ships out usually within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Sometimes merchandise is enroute from the manufacturer and there is a three to four day wait time. If this is the case, we will ship a partial order to you and ship the rest when it arrives, usually via priority mail. We will notify via email and confirm your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days (this excludes Saturdays and Sundays) for your order to arrive to you. If you order on a Friday, your order will not begin the shipping process until Monday morning.
Every so often, an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away and give you the choice of waiting or giving you a full refund for your item purchased. Or, you may contact us at kidsplay_music@yahoo.com   to check on a product to see if it is currently in stock.

Our shipping venues vary depending on the size of your order. Our goal is to ship your product in the safest way possible. 

USPS Priority Mail  and Delivery Confirmation - this delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number.
The cost of shipping and handling can be found under the subtotal on your shopping cart page. We DO NOT overcharge for shipping and handling. If there is an overage amount for shipping, we will reimburse you. 
Important! Orders outside of the US - Alaska and Hawaii are subject to increased shipping fees. Please email  kidsplay_music@yahoo.com  with your order or call so we may invoice you with the proper shipping costs.
